They manage the assets of charging infrastructure, security solutions, power distribution, and facilities. The collaboration among our teams fosters cross-functional synergy, ensuring we provide the best rest and recharge experience.The JobAs Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for establishing service partners contracts for charging sites across Europe.You are a part of the Operations team with a regional focus. You will proactively identify, engage and secure 3 rd party service operations partners at Milence secure charging sites across Europe. You will manage the end-to-end lifecycle process of contracts with 3 rd party suppliers and service providers. You will collaborate with internal stakeholders such as Finance, Operations, Technology, Digital Factory and Legal departments.To ensure the creation and efficient management of 3 rd party partners you will be;Identifying and engaging 3 rd party service partners and manage the contracting process through to execution of the work including suppliers for facilities, maintenance, security, etc.Developing and implementing procedures for contract management. Creating and maintaining relationships with suppliers, managing all topics concerning contracts.Ensuring all works completed meets agreed standardsMonitoring quality and performance of the 3 rd party service partners across all Milence sites, acting as point of contact for all parties included in the contracts.Drafting, evaluate, negotiate and execute a wide variety of contracts covering a range of transactions. Proactively resolving any contract-related issues.Maintain records for correspondence and documentation in relation to established contracts and those in progress.Communicate and present information to stakeholders about all contract-related topics. Collaborate with department leaders to set budgets and determine timelinesJob requirements What we are looking forThe ideal candidate brings 5-10 years background in contract management with an understanding of contract structures and terms.You will have previous experience in identifying and negotiating with 3 rd party service providers within operations for EV Charging, construction, utilities or similar industries.Bachelors Degree in Economics, Business administration, or similar fieldYou have a strong track record of onboarding reliable 3 rd party service providers and ensuring quality results.Strong in quality control with great attention to detailExperience operating at local country and regional preferably.You will have experience in multi-vendor service provision.You are fluent in English and German languages.You align with their mission and values.
