We are looking for a Contract Management to join a leading renewable energy generation multinational group.
The ideal candidate is someone passionate about the renewable energy sector and is looking for a new professional growth!
In this role, you main responsibilities will be managing contracts from the operation and maintenance perspective with the following tasks: Contract Lifecycle Management : Oversee the drafting, review, execution, and performance of O&M contracts, ensuring legal compliance, accuracy, and effective management.
Collaborate with legal, compliance, and other departments to maintain contract data and ensure standardization.
Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution : Work alongside the Asset Management Manager to monitor contract performance, address execution challenges, and ensure obligations are fulfilled.
Provide support in contract payments and enforce reward or penalty clauses as needed.
Negotiation & Procurement Support : Assist in contract negotiations with suppliers, customers, and partners to safeguard company interests.
Support bidding and procurement processes by liaising with headquarters and the procurement team.
Risk Management & Compliance : Stay updated on relevant laws and regulations, support contract amendments, and ensure compliance with company policies.
Contribute to insurance strategy development, policy renewals, and claims management at the group level.
Cross-functional Collaboration : Partner with various departments to streamline contract-related processes, address legal concerns, and support broader initiatives, including asset management and recruitment strategies Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Law, Contract Management, or any other related discipline.
? Minimum 3 years of experience in Legal and Contract Management experience, familiar with Spanish regulations and policies.
? Intermediate to Advanced English language proficiency (B2-C1) , Advanced Spanish language proficiency (C1-C2) , both written and verbal.
Bonus points if you have: ? Intermediate to Advanced Chinese language proficiency (HSK 6).
