Hi there! We are Semrush, a global IT company developing our own product - a platform for digital marketers. This is our Contract Management Coordinator role for those who can find a common language with anyone in the world.
Tasks in the role: Supporting document flow processes in internal document management system.
Supporting users from all Semrush locations regarding document flow and processes.
Creating and maintaining vendor cards in an internal document management system (card detail adjustment and update) to ensure correct synchronization with financial systems.
Getting statistics on processes, analyzing, and generation of monthly and quarterly reports.
Electronic signing through DocuSign.
Registering correspondence and initiating workflow.
Archiving of processes/documents.
Creating instructions, guides, and policies about document management processes in the company.
Interacting with different teams to follow procedures and resolve problems.
Cross train to support other administration, finance, or legal processes.
Who we are looking for: We think that this experience and competences will help our future colleague to join the team:
1-2 years of experience in administrative, finance, or legal areas.
Experienced in working with Electronic Document Systems (EDMS).
Experienced in working with a large volume of documents.
Strong communication skills and customer focus, attentiveness.
Strong IT user skills.
Fluent in English/Spanish.
