We are seeking motivated and experienced Contract Legal Recruiters to join our dynamic team. This is a flexible, independent contractor position, meaning you will operate as a self-employed recruiter working remotely and on your own schedule. You will have the freedom to manage your time and workload while leveraging your expertise to place legal professionals in high-caliber roles. Please note: This is not an employee position, and you will not receive traditional employee benefits such as health insurance, paid time off, or retirement plans. You will work as an independent contractor, responsible for managing your taxes and other business-related expenses. DUTIES: Source, screen, and evaluate candidates for various legal positions, including attorneys, paralegals, and legal assistants. Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified legal talent using job boards, LinkedIn, networking events, and other sourcing strategies. Collaborate with our internal team to understand client requirements and ensure high-quality candidate submissions. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing career guidance and managing expectations throughout the hiring process. Coordinate interviews and facilitate communication between clients and candidates. Maintain accurate records of recruitment activities in our applicant tracking system (ATS) QUALIFICATIONS: At least 2 years of recruiting experience, preferably in the legal or professional services industries. Familiarity with legal roles, law firm structures, and corporate legal departments is highly desirable. Strong sourcing and screening abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to build rapport and maintain long-term relationships with candidates. Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms. Self-motivated and able to work independently.
