Your Mission: Jotform Screening and Updates: Keep Jotform screening processes up-to-date and efficient. Hiring Process Creation: Develop and refine hiring processes to ensure consistency and efficiency. Hiring Updates: Provide regular updates on hiring progress. Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategy and planning for future hires. Process Mapping: Create and maintain hiring process maps using Google Docs and Miro boards. What's In It for You? Worked within 1 company for at least 1 year (this should be able to be evidenced). Familiarity with ATS systems. Excellent organizational and communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Proficiency in Google Docs and Miro boards. A results-driven mindset with a proactive approach. Fluent English skills and previous remote work experience. Availability to work Mon-Fri during standard UK business hours. A laptop or PC with a stable internet connection and a professional workspace.
