POSITION OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Technical Director, the Continuous Improvement Technician mission will be to ensure product and process compliance throughout the product lifecycle by collaborating cross-functionally, identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the Quality Assurance System.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborates effectively with Operations departments, including Development, Purchasing, Planning, Quality and Regulatory Affairs, to gather and analyze data necessary for product compliance throughout the entire product lifecycle. This includes participating in cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.Continuous Improvement Implementation: Proactively identifies, analyzes, develops, and implements opportunities for continuous improvement in products and processes.Project Management: Manages continuous improvement projects, ensuring timely completion and effective implementation within budget constraints. Develops project plans, tracks progress, and communicates effectively with stakeholders.Data Analysis and Performance Monitoring: Analyzes and tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) related to quality. Develops action plans to address areas for improvement and monitors their effectiveness. Utilizes statistical analysis tools to identify trends and root causes of quality issues.Quality System Maintenance and Auditing: Maintains and audits the Quality Assurance System to ensure compliance with relevant standards and regulations. EXPERIENCE: Five years of experience in manufacturing and production environments.
OTHER: Experience in Data Analysis.
