What You Will Do
The Continuous Improvement Technician is responsible for supporting the Continuous Improvement Specialist in identifying, analyzing and improving current business processes. They will work with cross-functional teams to streamline workflows, reduce waste and improve overall efficiency. The Continuous Improvement Technician will assist with data-driven analysis to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to implement change.
Responsibilities
Assist in identifying areas for improvement within the organization and develop strategies to address them.
Support cross-functional teams to ensure effective collaboration and communication.
Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
Assist in implementing process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce waste.
Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of implemented changes and make adjustments as necessary.
Provide training and support to employees on process improvement initiatives.
Maintain and update process documentation and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices related to continuous improvement.
What We Are Looking For
Associate's degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
1+ years of experience in process improvement, lean methodology, or related field.
Strong analytical skills and experience with data analysis tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience with process mapping and documentation.
Six Sigma certification is a plus.
