YOUR ROLE Play a key role in the development of a LEAN culture by leading continuous improvement in the areas of productivity, quality, operation, and cost using LEAN methodologies and tools. Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate employees on lean principles and continuous improvement techniques. Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress and measure the impact of improvement initiatives. Optimize production line setup and document standards for all operational and setup requirements for optimal line performance. Define together with the HPS (Henkel Production System) manager the master plan of the plant. Provide reports and updates on the Lean activities to the Site Management team. Work together with the digital engineer to identify transformation digital opportunities and report to the HPS manager. #J-18808-Ljbffr
