As a senior leader of continuous improvement, you will support the GI global business by coaching and leading quality and performance related improvement projects.
Reporting to the EU Head of Quality and Continuous Improvement, you contribute to the development and optimization of business processes, product quality & reliability as well as internal capability development and deployment of improvement methodologies across the organization.Your Responsibilities:You lead the GI business performance improvement strategy and support operational excellence activities across the business leveraging Continuous Improvement methodologies including Quality Tools, Lean, Six Sigma and Agile.
You coach on continuous improvement principles and practices, role modelling these attributes and contributing to the cultural transformation across the organization through the execution of projects.You act as a CI Subject Matter Expert, providing help and guidance on methods, tools, and templates to drive improvement projects in the areas of defect reduction, productivity and Operational Excellence.#J-18808-Ljbffr
