You will work with the Operational Excellence Manager and Factory General Manager to support the delivery of an agreed manufacturing vision and strategy through continuous improvement, ensuring optimum efficiencies, effectiveness and profitability, initiating and implementing change as appropriate to meet the needs of the business through the identification and sharing of best practice through driving out waste and variability and the creation of a proactive improvement culture.Role Qualification and SkillsIndustrial Engineering degree or similarIn depth practical experience of Lean Manufacturing, Six sigma, 5S, Standardized Work, Problem Solving, VSM, TPM, SMED, Kaizen...Lean Six sigma Green Belt mandatory.Strong influencing, interpersonal and collaboration skills.Excellent problem-solving abilities and mindset of innovative thinker and enthusiast for new digital solutions.Demonstrated teaching and coaching skills.What we offer22 days of annual leave (excluding public holidays)Hybrid Workplace (2 days a week from home)Flexible compensation currently includes: private medical insurance, meal vouchers, transportation vouchers, childcare vouchers, and collective savings insurance.
