VSL contributes to the engineering, construction, repair, improvement and preservation of transport infrastructure (bridges, tunnels, earth walls for roads), buildings and energy production facilities.

We are looking for a candidate with a Civil Engineering background to join our VSL Be more team where you will be involved with the Continuous Improvement Engineer.
Who are we looking for?
Purpose of the work will be deploy the Lean management approach in VSL (Be More) in projects and departments and help establish the Lean Management culture in the company.
What will be the main responsibilities?
- Promote knowledge of lean management principles among all VSL staff.
- Collaborate with site teams to implement lean management practices on VSL projects.
- Provide support in administrative tasks.
- Collect and enter data for the database, including project or department goals, improvements, gains, and lessons learned.
- Communicate and share the results and achievements of the projects.
- Coordinate with: o The Department of Communication o Business lines to enhance the consolidation of knowledge, productivity, competitiveness and quality o External consultants.
- Travel to project sites as needed.
Relevant degree… - Bachelor's in civil engineering / industrial engineering preferably with Lean Management knowledge Experience… - Overall 2 to 3 years' experience in construction industry to be able to apprehend site projects, back office, client relations.
Technical Skills: - Ability to work on MS Office / MS Project / Power BI.
- Ability to speak English / Spanish.
French is a plus.
