Professionals that we empower to become leaders of change and to build meaningful careers.Your mission: As part of the Production Team , we are currently looking for a Continuous Improvement Advisor reporting to the Pharmaceutical Sites Director .Your mission will be: Drive process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.
As a crucial part of the challenge, you'll be leveraging your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma, and change management methodologies to identify opportunities, apply solutions, and achieve measurable improvements in a variety of functions working together with cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Responsibilities: Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies, lead root cause analysis (RCA) for deviations or inefficiencies, and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lean and Six Sigma Deployment.
Project Management: manage improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Centric line culture & servant-leadership.
Performance Monitoring: Develop and track Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Change Management: Drive organizational change by aligning stakeholders, managing resistance, and ensuring successful implementation of improvement initiatives.

What You'll Need To Succeed: You will rock at this company if you are a person with empathy, humility, curiosity, and optimism.You will rock at this role if you match with: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Engineering, Pharmacy, Chemistry, or a related field.
Advanced certifications (Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP) are a plus.
Tools and Systems: Process mapping tools and data analysis software (e.G., Minitab, Excel, Power BI) & knowledge of ERP systems (e.G., SAP) is an advantage.
