Your mission: As part of the Production Team , we are currently looking for an Continuous Improvement Advisor reporting to the Pharmaceutical Sites Director .
Your mission will be: Drive process optimization, enhance operational efficiency, and foster a culture of continuous improvement within our organization.
As a crucial part of the challenge, you'll be leveraging your expertise in Lean, Six Sigma and change management methodologies to identify opportunities, apply solutions and achieve measurable improvements in a variety of functions working together with cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
Responsibilities: Process Improvement: identify inefficiencies, lead root cause analysis (RCA) for deviations or inefficiencies and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Lean and Six Sigma Deployment Project Management: manage improvement projects and coordinate cross-functional teams in production, maintenance, quality, supply chain, and engineering.
