Responsibilities: Craft effective messages and create engaging copy for our corporate internal and external communication channels, including but not limited to social media and intranet.Write compelling content for our blog (also for corporate videos, newsletters, press materials, internal platforms, etc.). All content must be SEO optimized.Assist with editing and copywriting for internal projects: spelling, typographical, and grammatical errors; proper syntax; as well as readability, ease of comprehension, and consistency. Ensure brand alignment for all communications supported by our brand guidelines.Organize, build, and execute value-driven campaigns on our corporate social media outlets to support our social engagement and followers growth, while keeping our target audience informed and engaged.Keep updated our content calendar.Collaborate and work cross-functionally with other departments for any corporate communication needs.Support the Brand & Comms Department initiatives and global campaigns.Perform background research and track competitor communications and content to keep abreast of the industry trends and changes, with a view to ensuring we differentiate our brand and gain stand out in the industry. Minimum Requirements: 3 - 5 years of proven experience in content creation, communications, or similar.Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or a related field strongly preferred (or equivalent experience).Writing, proofreading, and editing skills.English speaker with great communication skills both written and verbal. Other languages are valued.Experience with content management systems such as WordPress.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Extensive social media knowledge.Positive, flexible, self-motivated, and well-organized.Comfortable working under pressure with the ability both to take direction and work under your own initiative.Detail-oriented and with a professional approach at all times.Ability to work in and contribute to a fun and dynamic team-based environment.
