Content Producer - Marketing We're growing our team, so we're looking for a creative and organized Content Producer to join us at Make.
Together with the Senior Content Manager, the wider marketing team, and external agencies under your leadership, you'll craft compelling content about Make in all sorts of formats.
You will be responsible for crafting narratives that resonate with our audience and drive Make's business objectives.
Our ideal candidate will have a background in devising and delivering content across a range of media formats, and experience of content marketing techniques like SEO, gated content and social media.
You'll be just as comfortable rolling your sleeves up writing and amending copy, as you will briefing and managing an agency to deliver creative work that forms part of a bigger campaign.

The role is based in our Madrid office.
What you'll do: Develop a strong perspective on our product, our audience and our business objectives - and deliver content that responds to these imaginatively and effectively Build relationships with people across Make, our customers and wider ecosystem, to source and develop compelling content/story ideas Build, develop and manage external vendor relationships, to ensure Make has the capacity to deliver high-quality content output at scale across a variety of formats Lead multimedia production for content projects and campaigns, advocating for audience needs and balancing them with business objectives (including, but not limited to, web, blog, social, events, sales tools, email) Undertake minor copywriting and editing tasks in-house (for example, simple website updates, proofreading email comms) Produce comprehensive briefs, plans and budgets that empower external agencies/freelancers to deliver high quality content on time and on budget Exercise excellent editorial judgement and decision-making to balance content effectiveness, messaging complexity and audience engagement Consider how to measure the impact of our work, and implement strategies to collect and act on data/feedback Stay informed about content innovation, embracing the latest technology and ideas where they can help us better tell our story or otherwise boost our impact What we are looking for: 2+ years of experience in content creation, ideally in a B2B and/or tech environment Knowledge of a range of content marketing approaches such as SEO, longform/gated content etc Comfortable judging when to do the job themselves, vs when to outsource/brief someone else Track record in both commissioning and creating content across a range of formats A strong communicator who can translate complex ideas into compelling stories Relationship builder who can comfortably manage stakeholders/talent through the content creation process Effective self-starter who can anticipate and mitigate gaps, risks and issues Comfortable working in a fast paced and sometimes ambiguous scaleup environment Understands the role good design and consistent messaging in high quality content What we offer: RSUs grant in a rapidly growing company raising its value every day Multinational team with 40+ nationalities creating the future of automation Learning & Development plan 25 days of vacation, 24th&31st Dec company holiday Extra parental vacation (3-6 months) RSUs grant for a newborn child Gym pass A subscription to Headspace - a leading mindfulness and meditation platform Meal and transportation tickes, medical insurance family leave program, offering 24 weeks of paid leave for main carers and12 weeks for supporting carers #careeratmake #LI-PB1 What we stand for: We roll together - We embrace different ideas to grow together and create powerful solutions.
