This includes reviewing user-generated content, identifying and escalating high-risk issues, and ensuring data security and confidentiality at all times. You'll balance platform integrity with a commitment to empathetic user support, collaborating with internal teams to improve moderation processes and tracking KPIs to uphold quality standards.
