David Kennedy Recruitment is working with a leading BPO company which is looking to recruit for Dutch-speaking Content Moderators to join their their team in Barcelona. Role: Content Moderator Location: Barcelona, Spain Work model: on-site Employment type: full time or part time (weekend shifts). DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Review and monitor user-generated content to ensure compliance with platform policies and community standards Investigate and resolve reported cases of policy violations, fraud, or inappropriate behavior Identify and escalate high-risk issues while maintaining confidentiality and data security Provide timely, empathetic support to users, balancing platform integrity with user satisfaction Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and ensure continuous service improvement Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to maintain quality standards. REQUIREMENTS Native/fluent in Dutch both verbal and written. Fluent in English Valid work permit for Spain or EU citizenship Strong affinity with back-office operations and content moderation Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications Exceptional attention to detail, efficiency, and empathy Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment Willingness to work in a 24/7 shift system, including nights and weekends. Option of part time employment is also avaialble for this role.
