We are looking for a Content Marketing Manager who is responsible for leading the development of the company inbound marketing strategy.You will help The Insiders create sustainable brand loyalty, provide valuable information to consumers, and create a willingness to purchase services from our company now and in the future.
This role is new to our organization, so you will be leading and educating us as well.
Therefore, you have extensive knowledge in your field of expertise and preferably also in our sector.Roles and Responsibilities Include: You will build and own an 18 month rolling content calendar covering paid, owned, and earned channels.
You manage the calendar to ensure we are communicating the optimum amount to people that engages them without turning them off by completing the following tasks successfully:Run content automation programs: Develop and nurture marketing flow through content adaptation.
Continuously measure and communicate the effectiveness of content programs, leveraging data to improve on methods of driving demand, revenue, and brand recognition.Assets design: Lead the creation and deployment of appropriate content assets in line with the content calendar.Tracking and Analyses: Provide visibility, tracking, and analyses of content assets and their usage and impact.Stakeholder management: Collaborate with internal and external partners on final content pieces from e-books, webinars, blog posts, and newsletters.Competitor & Category Analysis: Understand and evaluate content marketing initiatives of key competitors, best practices, etc.Requirements: EXCELLENT oral and verbal English knowledge.Creativity: Capability of writing compelling content that speaks to the audience, able to look at familiar situations with a fresh eye.
Uses lateral and divergent thinking hypothesizing.Methodological skills: Extensive knowledge of modern marketing methodologies, marketing processes, and buyer's journey alignment.Analytical skills: Translating Marketing content into valuable content aligned with the buyer personas.Stakeholder management ability: Clear communication and proactively able to collaborate and generate a spirit of cooperation while coordinating diverse activities and groups within a team environment.Project management skills: Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion
