That's where we come in as ProvenExpert - we provide a SaaS platform for small business owners to manage feedback and enable them to direct their online reputation.Role Overview As a Content Manager (M/F/d), you will be responsible for creating briefs for content creators in alignment with commercial goals, and then providing editorial direction to content to reach those goals. You will support the Creation Stage, which is the first in a three-step process of ProvenExpert marketing campaigns.Tasks Create briefs for content that needs to be created for marketing campaigns.Deeply understand the commercial value of a marketing campaign and how to implement improvements to reach those goals.Edit with constructive language to coach content producers to make the best assets for campaigns.Ensure the campaign delivers on the commercial goals through a content focus.Provide feedback to content creators (M/F/d) [writers (M/F/d), (motion) designers (m/d/f)] on how to improve drafts to ensure the messages are delivering on the original brief.Branding on graphics to designers.Requirements Digital Project Management - you can juggle reviewing multiple infographics, an eBook writer asking for feedback on 100 pages, and coordinating the filming of a customer case study all in one week while keeping your cool.Brand development - focused on continuing a brand identity already created.Editorial experience in copywriting - you've reviewed thousands of pages of text over the years, in every format from eBook to infographic briefing to webpage to blog post.Editorial experience in graphic design - you can identify where a brand is losing its essence in design and how to provide feedback to designers.Editorial experience in motion design - you understand the commercial purpose of a video, and can provide constructive feedback to a video editor for improvement.Benefits Safety first: During Covid-19, you'll have the opportunity to choose between working from home or from our office with a safety and hygiene concept
