You'll play a key role in the deployment of our digital health products (web portals, mobile applications, and devices), ensuring high-quality study onboarding and content management across our solutions.In this role, you'll:Lead and Mentor: Guide and mentor your team, coordinating tasks and ensuring high-quality delivery throughout the various stages of content management.Be the Go-To Person: Serve as the primary point of contact for all internal stakeholders for study onboarding, aligning closely with project management, configuration, and product teams.Collaborate: Work closely with the project management, configuration teams, content managers, and content editors to plan, assess, resource, reuse, store, process, and manage content.Streamline Processes: Continuously improve and streamline the study onboarding process to enhance efficiency and quality.Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal and external partners to ensure seamless execution of content management tasks.Content Creation and Management: Lead content management activities for an assigned set of clinical studies, including content design, creation, translations, management, and publication in the CMS, with the support of Content Publishers.Quality Assurance: Ensure an efficient and high-quality study onboarding experience by continuously monitoring and improving content management processes.Essential Skills/Experience:Bachelor's Degree in Science, Health, or another related degree.Hands-on experience as a Content Manager with a deep understanding of digital Content Management Systems (CMS) and Digital Asset Management systems (DAM).Proven leadership skills and the ability to model excellent performance.Basic knowledge of web publishing, HTML, and a good understanding of SEO, JavaScript, and CSS.Good understanding of the content production lifecycle for pharma or highly regulated science-based industries, and a solid grasp of clinical trial delivery.Excellent written and verbal communication skills, effective problem-solving abilities, and strong stakeholder management skills. The ability to work both independently and as part of a team, with a passion for customers and cross-functional collaboration.When we put unexpected teams in the same room, we unleash bold thinking with the power to inspire life-changing medicines.
