Description Are you passionate about crafting strategic, impactful content?
As Avantio's Content Manager, you'll design, plan, and lead our content strategy to help property managers discover how our solutions can simplify their operations.
Collaborating across teams, you'll turn product updates and insights into clear, engaging messages for our customers and prospects.
A key part of your role will be creating landing page content that aligns with our product, ensuring clarity and relevance across our web content.
Key Responsibilities Comprehensive Content Strategy: develop and execute a content strategy that strengthens Avantio's position as a leader in vacation rental solutions.
Product Updates and Announcements: collaborate with Product and Customer Service teams to stay informed of the latest features.
Create in-app and email messages that communicate these updates directly to customers.
Landing Page and Web Content Creation: create and manage content for landing pages and web pages, ensuring that all content aligns with product and customer needs.
Video Script Creation: write detailed, effective scripts for educational and promotional videos.
Work closely with our multimedia content creators to bring these scripts to life.
Social Media Management: manage our LinkedIn and Facebook accounts, keeping them current and aligned with our brand voice.
Email Marketing Campaigns: develop and execute email campaigns that address customer challenges, offering clear solutions.
Requirements Minimum 2 years of experience in content management, ideally in a Saas or B2B environment.
Native or bilingual in English.
Intermediate level of Spanish.
Strong ability to work across teams, gathering key information from Product and Customer Service to communicate product updates effectively.
Skilled in creating video scripts and working with multimedia teams to deliver compelling content.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a strategic approach to messaging.
