Position Overview: The Content Manager oversees the content operations related to matchdays. This role requires a highly organized individual with experience in file and time management. The Content Manager will work closely with various partners and internal teams to ensure that all content meets specifications and is delivered on time for match days and other events.
Key Responsibilities:
Artwork Management: Adapt existing and new campaigns of AIM's partners. Review files for matches across all AIM venues. Manage the workload of the studio to ensure timely delivery of content.
File Management: Manage and organize content using content platforms. Maintain up-to-date running orders.
Allocations: Allocate campaigns for all AIM partners.
Match Day Operations: Oversee content videos and file fixing during match days.
Document Management: Prepare and update specification sheets for all AIM venues. Support Partner Management by assisting the Partner Manager during the off-season.
Qualifications:
Experience in content management, preferably in a sports or event-related field.
Proficiency in management platforms such as Trello and Google Sheets.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal teams and external partners.
At least English C1 level is required. Proficiency in other languages is a plus.
