ResponsibilitiesCoordinate activities with third-party agencies, diverse markets, and teams to enhance workflow efficiency.Add, edit, and publish content for multiple markets and languages.Provide guidance on best practices and UX vision.Continuously evaluate and advocate for leaner content creation processes.Ensure quality assurance of content before publication.Manage cross-country projects, resolving conflicts when necessary.RequirementsProficient in English.3 to 5 years of experience as a content editor.Proficiency with Enterprise CMS systems, such as Sitecore or Adobe Experience Manager.Proficient in image editing software.Experience collaborating with stakeholders.Experience managing cross-country and cross-team projects, resolving conflicts.Note: This role won't involve writing or translating content, handling social media platforms, or developing UX/UI strategy.Desired QualificationsExperience or knowledge of UX design.Experience in assessing existing content creation processes and proposing improvements.Ability to provide quality assurance of content before publication.Strong communication skills.Optional Pluses: Knowledge of agile work methodologies, Knowledge of German.We OfferPermanent Contract: Join us for the long haul.Hybrid Position: one day per week in the office in Barcelona.Flexible Hours: We care about how you work, not when.Flexible Compensation: Restaurant vouchers, Health insurance, Transportation card, Daycare vouchers.
