As Content Manager & Writer, you will analyze content performance to measure the success of our initiatives and gather insights.
In this position, you will lead different brainstorming sessions across the organization to generate new content ideas and initiatives.
What You'll Do: Content Strategy Development: Content Planning: Develop a Content Plan and a Content Calendar that outlines topics, formats, and publishing schedules to ensure consistent and timely content delivery.
Research & Analysis: Conduct in-depth research to understand market trends, audience needs, and competitor content strategies.
Identify content gaps and opportunities.
Content Guidelines: Maintain and update content style guides to ensure consistency in tone, voice, and language across all materials.
Cross-Department Coordination: Collaborate with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align content efforts with product launches, sales campaigns, and customer engagement initiatives.
Content Creation & Writing: Writing & Editing: Produce high-quality content across various formats: blogs, articles, Press Releases, eBooks, White Papers, Use Cases, brochures, decks, etc.
Content Updates: Regularly update content to ensure information is accurate and relevant, ensuring a high standard of quality, always optimized for user experience.
SEO Optimization: Use SEO best practices to ensure content is discoverable and ranks well in search engines.
This includes keyword research, meta descriptions, alt text, and internal linking.
