As a Content Manager, you will be responsible for managing the language validation projects globally, together with the coordination and delivery across a range of divisions for a global account. You'll own - and be accountable for - each project from the point of project setup, driving it through to successful execution, ensuring that we produce the highest quality. Reporting to Language Services Director/s on all Language Services process activity as required, and Account Director as applicable.Your primary responsibilities will include:Oversee daily language validation projects, serving as primary contact between suppliers and our teams.Accountable for project status, ensuring linguistic quality and service always meet expectations.Identifying new strategies, approaches & workflows for your accounts for continued improvement.Adopting and implementing best practices and processes to streamline management and all associated admin consistently with other regional Language Services Team processes.Attending internal team meetings to discuss and agree processes and unified, centralised ways of working.Putting together detailed and tailored linguistic briefs for linguists and writers and always ensuring deliverables are in line with the original client brief.Qualifications:BA or MA in Translation, Localisation or similar language qualification or experience.2 or more years of experience in a transcreation / Translation project / account management role.Experience with Project Management tools.A thorough understanding and genuine enthusiasm for marketing transcreation and translation.Process Improvement:You seek and implement solutions to streamline and automate processes.Team Collaboration:You'll be great at collaborating with team members to achieve common goals, valuing and respecting diverse contributions.Problem Solving:When faced with a problem, you collaborate with the appropriate people to evaluate different options and find practical solutions.Additional Information:Join Jellyfish and experience a workplace where we prioritise your growth, celebrate your contributions, and empower you to tailor your work environment to suit your needs
