Therefore, this is an important role within the company – it requires the candidate to be responsible for one-third of our offerings, specifically the development, integration, and delivery of the highest quality of content.Red-on-line offers an all-in-one support solution for management systems (software, expertise, content) in EHS in more than 85 countries.Used by more than 2,000 leading organizations, our services enable EHS professionals and certified companies (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001) to manage all their issues through a complete and multilingual online platform (regulatory monitoring, risk analysis, audits, incident monitoring, action plan, etc.).With several teams working together (legal, marketing, product, sales and EHS Specialists), Red-on-line evolves in an international context to offer solutions adapted to its clients.Key task and responsibilities:As a key member of the Content Editor team, you will work in a highly collaborative and dynamic environment.You will be responsible Responsible for the upkeep of our environmental health and safety legal content, which includes inputting new content to aid the EHS Legal Specialists, formatting it in a manner that creates an overall positive experience for the client users, and maintaining the content as it is amended to keep our content up to date.You will also work with EHS Legal Specialists to obtain texts necessary to complete these tasks, utilizing various communication tools to work effectively with the team.Your tasks are as follows:Proofread and edit federal, state, and municipal content to reflect amendments and ensure consistency; training will be provided by companyEnsure that content is formatted in a way that meets our clients' needs, and is in adherence with company's standards; Use company's specific interface and conventions to organize, modify, and update existing content; Verify content and information; Maintain good working relationships with a team of EHS Legal Specialists to obtain needed texts and ensure accurate information is provided.About you:The role of the Content Editor within the Infopro Digital group is for you if :You are native or near-native fluency in SpanishYou are proficient in English is a requirement, other languages (like French) are a plusYou are patient and pay attention to detail
