The Digital Marketing Manager – Web/App Content will be responsible for building out a robust user experience for Ria's public website and app for the EU market. This position will work cross-functionally with product, marketing, design, and business stakeholders to drive content initiatives that increase web growth. Reporting to the Director of Content Marketing, this person should be a passionate storyteller with skills ranging from: content strategy, UX design, copywriting, project management, and SEO. This role requires a deep understanding of how to craft customer-centric web content that creates value and inspires action.
Responsibilities: Develop the content strategy for Ria's public website and execute on strategic goals Manage complex, cross-sectional web projects to improve site design, features, content and enhance the online user experience by working with: product, UX, development, design, acquisition, growth, editorial, retail and regional marketing teams Create and edit high-quality digital content by designing unique UX page layouts and writing compelling copy in accordance with Ria's brand voice and tone Craft detailed web user personas, content matrixes, and a complete customer-centric content roadmap Conduct in-depth market research and competitor analysis (using tools like Semrush) to identify top content gap opportunities and position Ria's website on the cutting edge of the money transfer market Manage relationships with stakeholders within the organization and develop a streamlined system to support their requests and requirements and strengthen omni-channel messaging Improve back-end content strategy within the CMS and write content documentation, including training guides and best practices for new and existing team members Conduct targeted a/b testing to test, track, and improve web content as part of an iterative process Collaborate on the digital blog strategy and writing with the editorial and SEO managers to create strategic articles and guides that drive traffic to web landing pages Grow and manage a team dedicated to the strategy, creation, and management of public web content Track analytics using Google Analytics, Branch, Amplitude, and other tools to report on web content marketing efforts and KPIs to executives What you have:
5-7 years experience in content marketing or web content creation preferred Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Journalism, English, Design, or a similar area of study Experience working with a Content Management System (CMS) (like Wordpress or similar) Strong ability to write and edit for a web-based audience Basic knowledge of search engine optimization (SEO) best practices Creativity, resourcefulness, and a detail-oriented approach A knack for staying organized with multiple deliverables and competing timelines Flexibility to evolve strategies quickly & effectivelyExperience managing a small team
