Responsibilities: Development: Evaluate new content projects from both a content and business perspective. Prepare pitch materials for broadcasters, platforms, co-producers, and potential sponsors and collaborate with producers to secure financing. Pre-Production: Finalize commercial negotiations and agreements with producers and stakeholders. Supervise the drafting of agreements in collaboration with the relevant departments. Production: Oversee editorial tasks from initial concept to final cut, including reviewing decks, scripts, and edits. Ensure projects are developed within budget and on schedule. Post-Production and Release Strategy: Decide on localization and promotional assets in collaboration with relevant teams. Coordinate asset delivery deadlines with Operations, Design, Programming, and Marketing teams. Work with different departments to ensure all assets and strategies meet standards and timelines. Requirements: Proven experience in content development, production, and project management. Full professional English language proficiency. Negotiation and commercial skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines. Familiarity with legal agreements and financial aspects of content production.
