About Fortris Fortris is a digital asset management platform which was founded in 2017 by a team of payment and security experts. Your Mission
We're looking for an experienced Content Designer, with particular expertise in UX writing, to join our Customer Experience team. You'll be responsible for creating content that's written in a way that our users can understand and that enables them to confidently use our platform.
We're looking for someone who's passionate about the user experience and creating straightforward, human, helpful content. As a Content Designer, you'll need to understand our users, putting them at the heart of everything you do.
You'll create micro copy (buttons, links, error messages etc.) for our platform, onboarding material, guidance and technical documentation for our help center all with the aim of creating the best possible experience for our users.
You'll work with some of the smartest minds in the industry, collaborating on a daily basis with Product, UX Design and Communication teams to create amazing user experiences across multiple projects.
