Position Overview
The Content Design Manager will manage a team of content designers, guiding them to maximize their impact and ensuring a consistent user experience across the product narrative.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and mentor a team of content designers across the Docplanner product suite.
Support career growth with regular check-ins and performance reviews.
Define the content design strategy and initiate related projects.
Lead strategic content design projects, defining tasks and allocating resources.
Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Analyze user data to identify gaps in education and engagement.
Manage content flows in partnership with the Customer Marketing team.
Oversee the development of in-product communications that drive user engagement.
Minimum Requirements:
7 years of experience in UX writing, content design, or related roles.
At least 2 years of experience in managing and mentoring a team.
Proven track record in leading impactful content design projects.
Exceptional communication and collaboration abilities.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in analytics and product adoption tools.
Bonus points for experience in content marketing or product marketing.
