Specially TikTok.Attention to detail and organization.Proactive.Empathy: knowing the characteristics of the users and having the ability to understand what they need and their point of view, to start a conversation one on one.RESPONSABILITESTraveling to major cities in Europe to create content.Drafting, filming, and editing content for TikTok and other platforms.Help with editing tasks.Create inspirational, innovative and engaging content for Social Media. TikTok and Instagram (mainly).Develop creative ideas, suggest new innovative ways of delivering digital content and keep up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends.Create videos, graphics and edit photos, working with the internal design team when necessary.Prioritise and schedule work effectively, anticipating problems and adjusting the allocation of resources and time accordingly.Contribute to and work with relevant team and stakeholders to develop, manage and implement the digital side of integrated marketing campaigns.Participate in regular departmental and cross departmental progress meetingsKNOWLEDGEStrong creative skills and a keen eye for detail.Experience creating social media campaigns across channels such as TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn.
