Position Summary We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Content Coordinator to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in content creation and management.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing, scheduling, and optimizing content across various platforms, ensuring it aligns with our brand voice and strategy while engaging our target audience.
Key Responsibilities Manage daily posting, engagement, and account growth for TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, and Discord.
Develop and implement social media content strategies tailored to each platform and audience.
Create and schedule content that aligns with clients' branding and goals.
Monitor trends, analyze engagement, and optimize content based on performance.
Engage with followers and communities to foster relationships and increase engagement.
Collaborate with creators, clients, and internal teams to align on content strategies.
Generate monthly reports showcasing account growth, content performance, and key metrics.
Stay updated with the latest social media trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
Coordinate content calendars and ensure deadlines are met.
Requirements Proven experience managing social media accounts (TikTok, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, Facebook, Discord) for creators or clients, with a strong understanding of platform-specific best practices and growth strategies.
Ability to create engaging, on-trend content, and proficiency with social media scheduling and analytics tools.
Creative thinker with a passion for social media trends, content creation, and excellent communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to work independently and manage time effectively during 9am - 5pm PST.
Must have an iPhone and laptop for work-related tasks.
Preferred Qualifications Experience in influencer marketing or working with social media creators.
Familiarity with content creation tools such as Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar platforms.
Experience in community management, particularly on Discord or Reddit.
