We do this by combining the capabilities of our technology platform with those of our team of data analysts.**We do it in a three-phase process**: We capture large amounts of information online (big data), analyze it to identify violations (machine learning) and eliminate them (legaltech) on each platform that hosts them. In this way,we minimize the negative effects that illegal actions have on our clients' sales and on the reputation of their brand.The roleWe are looking for a Trainee to join our Data Anlyst Team team to help to provide our customers the best customer experience by analyzing and enhancing the data our technology offers. Your mission will be to audit the service we bring to our customers and guarantee that it is of the utmost quality and exceeds expectations. Guided by your Manager, you will analyze data from multiple sources on the internet to help the fight against piracy.What will you do?**Data Capture and Classification**:- Analysis of the online content- Internet Project execution- Analyze and validate data sets- Execute quality improvement activities- Work closely with the customer facing teams to improve Customer Experience- Maintain standards for data reliabilityWhat do we offer?- A continuously growing Spanish scale-up within a global playing field- The possibility of making a serious impact on our product- Part-time contract (15:00 - 19:00) but if you don ´t have that possibility we are also likely to meet you- Paid Internship- 6 months internship- Best offices location in front of Santiago Bernabéu Stadium What do you need?- Studies: there is not needed an specific academic background,we just need to sign an internship agreement with your University or School.- Curiosity and interest in technologies- Concentration capacity- Meticulous and diligent, sharp attention to detail, Good analytical and problem-solving skills- Technical knowledge: Internet and Social Media, Information systems, Microsoft Office products- Proven ability to be flexible and work hard, both independently and in a team environment- Legal educational background or experience within fraud detection and prevention roles is a plus but optional- Fluent in English is a plus#J-18808-Ljbffr
