That is why as an Accounting & Tax Account Manager we need someone to prove that.You will be working in a continuously challenging environment where you will have to provide the best services to your own international client portfolio and work hand in hand with the Accounting Officers, assisting them in their priorities and helping them to grow and learn.Responsibilities:Register all entries in the accounting process.Calculate relevant accounting entries.Prepare import files to be uploaded in ERP.Maintenance of control sheets for entries' calculations.Tax CompliancePrepare transfer orders or coordinate with Back-Office to initiate the process.Statutory Reporting SupportAudit AssistancePrepare invoice first drafts.Manage physical and virtual files of the team's portfolio based on the agreed standards.Send basic electronic correspondence to clients (invoices, bank statements, etc.).Participate in the population of department control sheets.Minimum Requirements:Degree in Finance, business, or related disciplines.At least 1 year of experience in a similar position.Consolidated experience in accounting.Medium English level (Spoken and written).Excellent written and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Office package.Strong team-playing skills.Quick-learning and flexibility towards changing environments.Excellent organization skills and adaptability to a high multitasking environment.What's in for you:Flexible schedule (Entry between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, end time between 5:00 and 7:00 PM).August and Fridays intensive schedule.60% Working from home to distribute as you wish!Home working allowance + 200€ help to build up your home office.Full Health insurance paid by TMF.Flexible Payment (Restaurant, Transportation, and Childcare Tickets) plan to help with your savings.Discounts in anything you can imagine with TMF Club Benefits.English Lessons with a teacher
