About this job:
NIQ is undertaking the biggest transformation of its consumer panel offer in Europe, specifically in Spain.
Beyond increasing our sample size by 50%, we have invested significantly in our people and in the Discover technology to deliver the Full View, our all-in service that helps our clients understand how retail conditions affect consumer purchase behavior.
This platform also offers an unprecedented opportunity to further develop our advanced analytics; we are recruiting our Consumer Advanced Solutions Director who will be responsible for turbocharging our offer and revenue.
The role will report directly to the CPS leader in Iberia and will be responsible for the CAS revenue, including: Defining strategyCreating pipeline in partnership with other commercial teamsDelivering business answers to clientsThe successful candidate needs to have a solid FMCG analytical background, a successful track record in sales, a collaborative mindset, and an obsession with delighting clients' analytical and business needs.

Lead NielsenIQ Consumer Advanced Solutions in Iberia to achieve 20% of our revenue.
Requirements: Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essentialMinimum 10 years of experience in market research, CPS, or quantitative consumer research/FMCG relatedVery good analytical and commercial skillsUnderstanding & interpretation of results of CPS and statistical analyses (cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression, segmentation, etc.).
RMS experience will be a plus.Highly client-oriented attitudeGood command of both oral & written EnglishAbility to work in an international matrix environment with good cross-cultural communication skillsTeam playerWhat we can offer:
