Beyond increasing our sample size by 50%, we have invested significantly in our people and in the Discover technology to deliver the Full View, our all-in service that helps our clients understand how retail conditions affect consumer purchase behavior. This platform also offers an unprecedented opportunity to further develop our advanced analytics; we are recruiting our Consumer Advanced Solutions Director who will be responsible for turbocharging our offer and revenue. The role will report directly to the CPS leader in Iberia and will be responsible for the CAS revenue, from defining strategy to creating a pipeline in partnership with other commercial teams, and delivering business answers to clients. The successful candidate needs to have a solid FMCG analytical background, a successful track record in sales, a collaborative spirit, and an obsession with meeting clients' analytical and business needs. Mission: Lead NielsenIQ Consumer Advanced Solutions in Iberia to achieve 20% of our revenue. Includes: Commercial positioning: materials, pricing, and USP Engage CPS team, CS, and AD around the ambition Present, sell, and deliver solutions to clients Thought leadership Requirements: Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essential Minimum 10 years of experience in market research, CPS, or quantitative consumer research/FMCG related Strong analytical and commercial skills Understanding & interpretation of results of CPS and statistical analyses (cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression, segmentation, etc.). RMS experience is a plus.
