Job DescriptionAbout this job:NIQ is undertaking the biggest transformation of its consumer panel offer in Europe, and in Spain specifically. Beyond increasing our sample size by 50%, we have invested like never before in our people and in the Discover technology to deliver the Full View, our all-in service that helps our clients understand how the retail conditions affect consumer purchase behaviour. Such a platform also offers an unprecedented opportunity to further develop our advanced analytics; we are recruiting our Consumer Advanced Solutions director that will be responsible for turbo charging our offer and revenue.The role will report directly to the CPS leader in Iberia and will be responsible for the CAS revenue, from defining strategy to creating pipe in partnership with other commercial teams, and delivering business answers to clients. The successful candidate needs to have a solid FMCG analytical background, a successful track selling record, a appetite to work collaboratively with colleagues and ultimately an obsession to delight clients analytical and business needs.Mission:Lead NielsenIQ Consumer Advanced Solutions in Iberia in order to achieve 20% of our revenue.Includes:Commercial positioning: materials, pricing and USPEngage CPS team, CS and AD around the ambitionPresent, sell and deliver solution to clientsThought leadershipRequirements:Knowledge of and experience working with Consumer Panel Data (CPS) is essentialMin. 10 years of experience in market research, CPS or quantitative consumer research/FMCG relatedVery good analytical and commercial skillsUnderstanding & interpretation of results of CPS and statistical analyses (cluster analysis, factor analysis, regression, segmentation, etc.).
