Consumer Insights Project Manager (Luxe & - Ln362

Here we have our next opportunity as Consumer Insights Manager.
Your contribution will rely on:
Mission: to detect and activate the insights from consumers and the market as levers for strategizing sustainable growth for the business.
Objective: Provide first-level sharp insights & elevate the insights capability and reach.
As part of your responsibilities:
Lead consumer insight strategy at L'Oréal Spain & Portugal to identify the levers and actions for Luxe divisions from an omnichannel and cross-division perspective, working with quantitative and qualitative market research, social listening, and market panels.Convey findings, through both written reports and presentations, in concise and compelling ways.Communicate insights and recommendations to key decision-makers.
Establish Executive review cycles on metrics and insights across the focus areas.Develop and maintain collaborative and productive relationships with team members, internal colleagues, stakeholders, and current and prospective research suppliers.Coordination of External Agencies:Orchestrate Agencies to deliver "best in class" service.Continuous review and challenge of services provided by the agencies to ensure we have best in class service and the best value for money.Organize supplier selection processes and operations on a case-by-case basis.Training to Departments:Training in the different market research methodologies and data interpretation.You match this position if you gather the following skills:
