Strategy & Innovation Brand team Insights partner for the definition and measurement of strategy based on consumer and market knowledge. He/She will lead and incorporate consumer insight strategies into brand and business development. He/she will be the ambassador of consumer thinking through the Suntory Way of Brand Innovation (SWBI).
Partner of the Schweppes teams for Spain and Region, working hand in hand with the marketing teams and other departments of the company (BI, Finance, Sales etc.).
Main accountabilities:
Schweppes European and Spain Insights Partner : The position is divided into two equally weighted responsibilities, 50% local and 50% regional.
The candidate will be responsible for bringing the consumer's point of view both in Spain and Core countries to the brand strategy. Reporting to the head of CI SBFE, he/she will participate in the research and development processes of innovation and evolution of the brand, showing his/her knowledge of numerical analysis (market reports), brand health indicators, qualitative and quantitative studies and designs as well as his/her ability to think strategically.
Local Role (50%), managing Schweppes brand
Ongoing analysis of the market and consumers, being a reference for the marketing, finance and sales departments.
Understanding of the different approaches important for business Brand health, communication tracking, U&A, motivational segmentation, Household panel, Nielsen/IRI market results, etc.
Ability to propose consumer solutions to solve and respond to brand and consumer issues.
SWBI ambassador, leading with the marketing team and CBI/CBE the brand and consumer process.
International Role (50%)
Same competencies required for the local role but at regional level.
Coordination with the regional team and the rest of the local Schweppes team.
Active participation in the regional strategy (MTP, strategic platforms, communication, innovation, etc.).
Development of CI and foresight specific projects.
Coordination and presentation of Monthly Business Review.
Budget Control
Typical Background:
4 to 6 years in the consumer research sector.
Experience in quantitative and qualitative research
Relevant business background.
Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, and market tools (Nielsen, IRI).
