You're not persuading someone to savings account or try a new drinks brand.Your 'day to day' The Consumer Experience Project Executive will be part of the Consumer Experience Team. The team's mission is to provide an excellent consumer experience along the entire consumer lifecycle, ensuring that all brand interactions meet or even exceed customer needs. Our goal is to create an ongoing strategy for anticipating and meeting consumer needs. You will be responsible for supporting and monitoring the deployment of a set of programs, coordinating project teams and brand initiatives with the target to convince adult smokers of our smoke-free products.Steering, coordination, and partial management of cross-functional projects with a focus on new consumer acquisition.Collaboration with marketing, sales, and deployment departments to analyze consumer feedback and develop programs to improve consumer experience and design the overall strategy accordingly, together with the Consumer Experience Leader.Provide support in the follow-up and status review of the different consumer programs, in close collaboration with the Consumer Program Manager.Support and advise our project-based organization in the implementation of cross-functional tools and initiatives to improve the effectiveness of our project teams.Provide and ensure transparent internal communication on ongoing programs.Collaborate with members of the management team to prepare business- or purpose-specific presentations.Who we're looking for: We're looking for consumer-centric people with strong B2C experience to play a part in this major marketing transformation.
