What's it all about?
The role has accountability for achieving annual net revenues for a Global Account.
Whilst based in Madrid, this role will cover all global regions and will need to interact directly with Local Regional Heads of the Client (Senior Director/VP levels), promoting the value of the Visa brand, showcasing Visa products and services and ensuring that our propositions meet the needs of the Client globally with the objective to expand the Visa-Client Partnerships in the space of Consumer and Digital solutions and Value-added services, hence contributing to achieving both Visa strategic, business, and financial objectives and contribute to the successful achievement of the client objectives in this area.
What we expect of you, day to day: Reporting to Global Client Head and the local market teams, he / she will be responsible for establishing and delivering the Global Account Plan and Strategic Pitch for Visa Consumer Products & Solutions including Value Added Services, across all key Client Payment & non-Payment Areas, including: Issuing, Acquiring, IT & Solutions development, New Flows, Data & AI, Risk, Innovation, Strategy, Digital, Partnerships, Crypto & Blockchain.He / She will be responsible for identifying and executing global and multi-country approaches that could accelerate the adoption and deployment of Visa Consumer Solutions including New flows across the Client geographies, as well as generate synergies and accelerate the time to market for the Client.He / She will contribute to develop a Sales & Stakeholder Engagement Plan aimed at reinforcing the strategic alignment and influencing the strategic thinking of the Client key Global Leaders towards the adoption of Visa Solutions, via ad-hoc strategic and business pitches as well as solution proposals.He / She will work closely with other Visa Consumer Solutions Specialists and other functional teams (as required) in HQ and the Regions to ensure Visa has the best Consumer solutions available to the Client.
It will require him / her to develop a deep understanding of Visa Consumer solutions and of the Visa partnerships and fintech ecosystems and to play a pivotal role at the intersection of Visa's Fintech and Partnership experts, the Client and the different potential partners in the Consumer space.Establishes a fluid, solid engagement with key senior stakeholders of the Client adapting flexibly to potentially very different cultural contexts of conducting business and relationships; provides thought leadership, and a challenger approach if suitable.Becomes a key voice and face of Visa for transmitting the company strategy, vision, solutions, and positioning on key product areas.
Plays a key consultative role in designing the digital transformation of the client.
Identifies and articulates needs and threats for the customer and areas of opportunity for Visa to solve.Also plays the role of champion for the customer in transmitting internally at Visa (business units, top management) their key priorities and objectives, to promote maximum alignment between the two organizations and an adequate response to customer needs.
Drives customer uptake and embeds requirements into proposition development.He / She will work closely with other Visa Consumer Solutions Specialists in HQ and the Regions to ensure Visa has a competitive, compelling, and up-to-date pricing strategy for Visa Solutions that accelerates global adoption from the Client and will assist the Global Head and Local Account Executives in the pricing of existing and new Visa services as well as the management of potential issues related to different pricing for a same service across regions or markets.He / She will lead-coordinate-support global or multi-country Consumer Solutions initiatives, as well as oversee other major, strategic local ones (including new market entry initiatives) that drive business growth and new value.
Ensures the seamless and consistent implementation of all consumer solutions and product initiatives across geographies while adjusting to specific market conditions.
