Consultor Sap Successfactors (Madrid, Hybrid)

The company: our customer (Jungheinrich) is a German multinational corporation that operates all over the world for more than 65 years and is one of the leading providers in the Logistics industry. More than 18,000 employees and around 4.000 M€ revenue.
They will hire the selected candidate as an internal and permanent employee, based in Madrid, but providing services to their global organization.
Description of the position
They are looking for a SAP SuccessFactors Consultant to join the SSFF Team in Madrid.
Working Experience

At least 3-5 years of practical work experience in the support and further development of SAP SuccessFactors applications (esp. EC, RCM/RMK, ONB; additional modules knowledge desirable).

Mandatory skills

Experiences in system documentation.
Willingness to familiarize yourself with HR management processes and complex interrelationships.
Knowledge of IT Service Management and ITIL V3.
Practical work experience in using the SAP SuccessFactors Integration Center and creating reports.
Solid knowledge of application configuration, maintenance and support.

Key Responsibilities

Central contact person with responsibility for the development and operation of the SAP SSFF applications (Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding).
Independent error analysis and correction as part of incident management.
Implementation of change requests.
Coordination of the SAP SSFF releases (preparation and processing).
Project work for the further development of SAP SSFF and other tools/systems.
Close cooperation with technical process owners within the HR area as well as with the IT area.
Creation of user documentation / creation of a knowledge database.
Conducting system tests.
Supervision of the development and test instances.
Support in setting up the IT service management processes.

Languages
English: At least B2.
Job location
Madrid. European Union citizen; otherwise, a valid job permit is mandatory.
