Brief Call: Our process typically begins with a brief virtual/phone conversation to get to know you! The objective? Learn about you, understand your motivations, and make sure we have the right job for you!
Interviews (the average number of interviews is 3 - the number may vary depending on the level of seniority required for the position). During the interviews, you will meet people from our team: your line manager of course, but also other people related to your future role. We will talk in depth about you, your experience, and skills, but also about the position and what will be expected of you. Of course, you will also get to know Amaris: our culture, our roots, our teams, and your career opportunities!
Case study: Depending on the position, we may ask you to take a test. This could be a role play, a technical assessment, a problem-solving scenario, etc.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level consultancy and implementation services for HR environments, including payroll, ERP integration, and talent management.
WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or related field. 3+ years of experience in SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time, Personnel Admin) and SuccessFactors. Strong knowledge of HR environments, including payroll processing, talent management, and employee lifecycle management. Proven experience integrating SAP HCM/SuccessFactors with ERP systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with HR teams and technical staff. SAP HCM or SuccessFactors certification is a plus. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Lead and support SAP HCM and SuccessFactors implementations, upgrades, and customizations. Collaborate with HR teams to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and provide system solutions. Design, configure, and maintain SAP HCM modules (Payroll, Time Management, Personnel Administration, Organizational Management) and SuccessFactors (Talent Management, Learning, Compensation, etc.). Integrate HR systems with ERP solutions, ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. Provide end-to-end project lifecycle management, from requirement gathering, system design, testing, deployment, to post-go-live support. Troubleshoot issues within the SAP HCM/SuccessFactors environment and implement efficient solutions. Stay current with SAP updates, industry trends, and best practices within HR technology. WHY US??
