Position Overview: The Consulting Project Manager will be responsible for driving operational transformation across our portfolio companies.
This role requires a motivated individual with 1-2 years of experience in operational consulting or transformation.
The successful candidate will conduct process mapping, develop strategic initiatives, and support senior leadership to optimize operational performance.
The ideal candidate will have a background in top-tier consulting firms (e.g., McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or operational advisory firms (e.g., FTI Consulting, Alvarez & Marsal, EY).
Key Responsibilities: Operational Improvements: Collaborate with senior leadership to identify and implement operational improvements in portfolio companies.
Process Analysis: Conduct detailed analyses, including process mapping, bottleneck identification, and root cause analysis.
Strategic Initiatives: Develop and execute initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes, supply chains, and overall operational performance.
KPI Monitoring: Support the development and tracking of key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor progress.
Due Diligence: Assist in evaluating operational capabilities during due diligence processes to identify areas for value creation.
Stakeholder Communication: Prepare and present findings to internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications: Experience: 1-2 years of experience in operations transformation, ideally within a top-tier consulting firm (McKinsey, Bain, BCG) or an operational advisory firm (FTI Consulting, Alvarez & Marsal, EY).
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Process Improvement: Familiarity with methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement frameworks.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly.
Proactivity: Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision.
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
Nice-to-Haves: Knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
