We are the consulting division of Davies, accelerating business, technology and people performance across financial services including banking, asset and wealth management, insurance and other highly regulated industries We are looking for a Project Manager based in Madrid who will immediately be assigned to one of our FinTech clients to work within their fast-growing Customer Operations department.
As a Project Manager, you will own the entire onboarding project to designated enterprise customers and would act as the main focal point for the customer.
You will be responsible for: Acting as the main focal point of the customer for all project deliveries within the account/program.
Managing customer satisfaction through all deliveries.
Setting and continually managing project expectations with team members and other Intra and inter-stakeholders.
Managing the delivery aspects of global projects.
Syncing with all internal stakeholders on the delivery process of our client's solution to key customers.
Creating and managing the plan for delivering solutions to customer's hand-off.
Defining and documenting project scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Planning and scheduling project timelines and milestones using appropriate tools and identifying and managing project dependencies and the critical path.
Effectively communicating project expectations to project team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
Estimating the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.
Assembling and coordinating the internal and external teams to gain consensus on deliverables from each team.
Collaboratively adapting existing (and developing new) project plans, processes, and communication standards for the operations teams.
Your experience: Native level Spanish and English (written & spoken).
Proven and extensive experience in project management roles within international hi-tech companies.
8 years direct work experience in a project management capacity, including all aspects of process development and execution.
8 years of experience with customer relations.
Proven track record of managing teams of project managers.
Customer-oriented approach.
Proven experience with Go-Live to production operation of financial solutions for financial organizations.
Ability to manage multiple projects within the program/account under tight deadlines and changing priorities.
Proven experience in matrix management.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, quick learner, and team player.
"Can-Do" approach and successful track record in delivering results.
Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
Degree level education a in technical discipline would be a distinct advantage.
