Your ResponsibilitiesFind the right members for our network. Your primary task will be to recruit members for our networks.This will involve engaging in exciting conversations with profiles from the business community, both through online meetings and over the phone.Success in this role lies in your ability to identify the specific needs for professional sparring among potential members and match them with relevant network groups of like-minded leaders and specialists.You will qualify your leads in collaboration with a team of skilled researchers. Qualifications and SkillsA background in commerce, B2B sales, or other experience in proactive sales is an advantage but not required.Experience in the insurance industry or expertise in finance or IT is also a plus.You speak and write Dutch or German fluently.English is required in combination with one of these languages.Familiarity with CRM systems is helpful but can be learned.We're simply looking for a colleague who is helpful, professional, and capable of instilling confidence in our product and advisory services.
