.We are actively searching for a dynamic and seasoned Consultant to join our team at a leading data-oriented travel intelligence company. The chosen candidate will be a key player in customer-facing activities, overseeing account management, and providing market intelligence and consulting services. This role demands a combination of data-driven strategic thinking, hands-on customer interaction, deep understanding of the company solutions portfolio and adept project management skills.Your responsibilities will be:Ensure accurate execution of contracted services in compliance with ForwardKeys' quality standards.Conduct routine account maintenance activities, including periodic business reviews with clients or account development plans with sales representatives, aiming for customer satisfaction, contract renewals, and identifying upsell opportunities.Serve as an ambassador for ForwardKeys' market expertise. Provide fact-based market insights during customer interactions, aiding them in making well-informed, data-driven decisions.Act as the primary point of contact for clients, including onboarding training, market intelligence provisioning services, and consulting on ForwardKeys' intelligence solutions. The consultant must possess a deep understanding of a growing portfolio of products, services, and data solutions provided by ForwardKeys.Define and coordinate consulting projects to address clients' intelligence needs across ForwardKeys' data portfolio.Coordinate resources within a broader team, adhering to team processes, workflows, quality standards, and administrative requirements to ensure transparency, traceability, and proactivity.Proactively engage in the acquisition and sharing of market knowledge, innovation, and best practices to facilitate the scalability of the team's operations.Participate in relevant business events and/or represent the company in speaking engagements to support sales activities and/or service delivery (keynote speeches, webinars, etc.).Personal skills and experienceLevel of education: master's degree5 Proven years of experience in the travel industry, including customer-facing roles.Fluent in English and Spanish with excellent communication skills; proficiency in public speaking is a valuable asset.Possess an analytical mindset, curiosity, and a keen willingness to learn.
