As a Senior UX Designer for Onboard UX Development , you will be responsible for the design and development of next-generation instrument clusters and infotainment systems for trucks across multiple brands. You will work closely with remote developers and stakeholders, playing a critical role in delivering premium user experiences that support driving-related functionality, vehicle mission-related tasks, and connected services. Key Responsibilities : UX Development for Instrument Cluster Infotainment Systems : Design and develop the user experience for next-generation trucks, with a focus on driving functionality, vehicle mission tasks, and connected services. Platform Support : Work on the development of white-label solutions for multi-brand platform software, ensuring flexibility and premium quality across different product lines. Collaboration Stakeholder Management : Engage and collaborate with remote developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to align design initiatives with business and technical objectives. Agile Work Environment : Work within an Agile environment, following the SAFe framework, and contribute to the maintenance of current products as well as the development of new projects and initiatives. Pixel-Perfect Execution : Deliver high-quality design work that meets industry standards, ensuring pixel-perfect execution in all UX designs. Design System Management : Contribute to the construction and usage of the company's Design System, ensuring consistency and scalability across projects. Industry Insight Innovation : Stay informed of the latest industry trends in automotive and related technology, integrating new insights into design solutions that future-proof product offerings. Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Industrial Design, or a related field. Experience : Minimum 8 years of experience as a UX Designer , preferably within the automotive domain . Proven experience in instrument cluster and infotainment system design. Strong background in working within an Agile environment , ideally following the SAFe framework . Skills : Design Tools : Proficiency in Figma and Adobe design tools (Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.). Design Systems : Strong understanding of Design System construction and usage . Project Management : Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and focus on results. Data-Driven Design : Ability to interpret and apply data insights in a structured way to inform design decisions.
