About the opportunity : Ensure that all calls with our consultants start on time and without technical difficulties.
Act as the main point of contact for consultants and address any questions, comments, or concerns they may have on our compliance processes.
Provide excellent customer service to our consultants and maintain a positive relationship with them.
Work closely with our compliance team to ensure that all consultant activities comply with our company policies and regulations.
Conduct research and stay up-to-date on industry regulations and compliance best practices.
Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Minimum Requirements : 0-3 years of experience in operations or compliance, preferably in a consulting or professional services environment.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software.
Fluency in English and Spanish.
