Consultant Junior

Tasks The Junior Consultant role is a full-time hybrid position with a location in Barcelona. The role requires you to complete various tasks associated with the job such as collaborating with senior colleagues, conducting research, analyzing data, and participating in client meetings. You will also support existing projects while learning best practices.

Requirements Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team Knowledge of neuroscience and behavioral sciences Knowledge of agile methodologies Knowledge of coding will be a plus Project management skills and experience in client-facing roles Proficient in office or similar software applications Proficient in Spanish & English Bachelor's degree in Neuroscience, Psychology, Business, or a related field Benefits Opportunity for hybrid work, blending remote tasks with a weekly in-person meeting at our office located at Diagonal 640.
